Operations Directors at Chick-fil-A Bridgeport & 100th are responsible for the day to day management of team member performance and customer needs, the development and implementation of systems, and focused attention on improved and sustained restaurant performance.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Completing weekly labor schedule according to restaurant labor cost goals
Managing team member performance and staffing needs
Reviewing of reports and restaurant metrics
Ensuring operational checklists are up to date and completed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Ensuring all department equipment and restaurant assets and in good working order
Facilitating repair/replacement of equipment/parts when needed
Weekly director meetings with the Chick-fil-A franchisee
Responsibility for quarterly goal setting and subsequent outcomes
Communicating priorities, vision, goals, etc. to restaurant team members
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
Strong commitment to superior customer service
Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
Strong knowledge of computer and internet based software and hardware
Full-time availability
Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
History of people management or restaurant management preferred
4-year college degree preferred
