"Hello Hello" is a song by Elton John released on the soundtrack for Gnomeo & Juliet. John first debuted information regarding the song while on The View. Entertainment Weekly, later revealed the title and said it will appear in the upcoming Disney-animated film, Gnomeo and Juliet. A rendition of the song, featuring Lady Gaga, can be heard during the film, however, it wasn't released on the soundtrack or to radios. The "charming pop track" plays during the moment when the two main characters, Gnomeo and Juliet, meet for the first time.[1][2] The song was added to Gaga's BMI database on March 18, 2011, but was removed on April 12th. On May 24th, the song was re-added to Gaga's BMI with an alternate title of "Hello Hello (Film Version)"
[Elton John]
Feet are
feeling light
Head on out to see the sights
Ain't life a many splendored thing?
[Lady Gaga]
Ducking up and down
All these crazy sights and sounds
Bounce around like puppets on a string
Never gonna find
Anything to change my mind
Famous last lines of a fool
[Elton John]
Just when you think
Your a chain with just one link
Something comes to tip you off to your stool
Hello, hello
[Lady Gaga]
Hello,
hello
[Elton John]
My my my, what have we here?
What a surprise, what a surprise
Hello, hello
[Lady Gaga]
Hello, hello
I'm not alone, it's good to know
[Both]
Someone's out there to say hello, hello
[Elton John]
Do a dizzy dance
Twirl around and take a chance
Nothing's easy, nothing comes for free
[Lady Gaga]
Sniffing on a flower
Running through an autumn shower
[Both]
Bumping into someone else like me
[Lady Gaga]
Me
[Elton John]
Hello, hello
[Lady Gaga]
Hello, hello
[Elton John]
My my my, what have we here?
What a surprise, what a surprise
Hello, hello
[Lady Gaga]
Hello, hello
I'm not alone, it's good to know
[Both]
Someone's out there to say hello, hello
And I could fly on the back of a bird
I could shake all
the leaves from a tree
If there's a quest I'm a knight where's there wrong I'll do right
Two's better than the one I used to be
[Elton John]
Hello, hello
[Lady Gaga]
Hello, hello
[Elton John]
My my my, what have we here?
What a surprise, what a surprise
