no, if you eat it your brains will leak out of your ear.
If I can recall... food should not be left more than 4 hours un-refridgerated if it is meant to be.

Sawyer is EMC2? or a clone at least.
you do realize that if you were at a party or something, that the dip would probably sit out for longer than that.
If you're worried then it will make you sick. If you aren't worried then it's fine.
I've eaten dip that was left out for a solid day, and I only died a little, so you'll probably be fine.

So, if it was longer than that... don't eat it, but if it was just an hour or so, it should be ok.
PS, sure you could eat it, I am just a bit crazy when it comes to food safty.

Psh... it's dip. I've left milk out for a couple hours before. Bad case scenario: you'll be making a lot of toilet runs the next day or two, clear the schedule.

Side effect is you start writing "be good" twice per question.

I'd tap it. I mean eat it, dam ATOT is ruining my mind.

I've got no problem eating dip that's sat out for 24 hours. But, my system is probably more used to things like that than yours. The other day, I was making a cheeseburger. There was some blue mold on the cheese. I scraped it off with my finger, tossed the cheese on the burger, and ate it.

Eat that shit, if it smells fine, you’ll be okay. I just at some heluva good French onion dip(opened) I bought like a week ago. Unrefrigerated and about 90F here, some separation (dumped out the the watery part) smelled fine so I ate it. The stuff these days has so much salt and preservatives there is nothing in it that’s gonna make you boot. If it smells rancid toss it, don’t know
how to detect rancid? Trust me, you will.

Food at your favorite “gourmet” sits out longer. I guarantee it. 20+ years in food service

It's been 19 years. Pretty sure you will die if you eat that.

Clearly 11 year old dip would be fine to eat.
Maybe with a hammer and chisel!
