Manuals
I bought mine at a store, but the information for the product could help anyone so I'd like to post it here to help other Amazon users.
1. The battery takes 3-4 hours to fully charge out of the box.
2. If the battery is completely drained, the charger will not show the green light to indicate that it's charging. It needs a certain percentage of the battery to pick up that it's charging.
3. When my battery was completely drained, I left it on the charger, which was blinking red, indicating "test mode". After about an hour, when I checked again, it appeared to have collected enough of a charge to give the green light indicating that it was charging, and I got it to full charge all the way from there. I only did this once, and I'll not allow it to drain below the last blue indicator light on the battery again, just to be on the safe side. That being said, I don't recommend following those internet videos telling you to use a car charger, as that may/may not fry the battery, voiding the warranty.
I hope this helps anyone considering getting this, at least so you know what you're getting yourself into with it, and what do expect. If I have anymore information, I'll update this review so others can learn and make informed decisions based on my experiences.
