Do actors blink in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World?

However, Wright included one tiny detail that made the movie even more similar to the comics while he was filming. A cinephile on Reddit pointed out that the actors barely blink on camera in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. This is because they were told not to blink by Wright to give the movie more of a comic book vibe.

What movie do they not blink in?

Perhaps the same holds true for Michael Caine. It's worth noting, as Mirror does, that Sir Anthony Hopkins applied the "don't blink" rule to his own acting in "The Silence of the Lambs." We all know how that turned out.

Was Scott Pilgrim supposed to end up with knives?

In the original version of the film, Scott actually ended up with Knives instead of Ramona. This alternate ending was scrapped because of Bryan Lee O'Malley's decision to end the story with Scott getting Ramona, rather than his original plan to have Scott end up alone.

Is Scott Pilgrim a nerd?

Visually, Scott reads as a nerd, a geek, man-boy pariah. Yet he carries himself like an aw-shucks high school football hero -- a blazing sun around which fortunate planets revolve.
