This message indicates that the answering machine's maximum recording time was reached. In order to record new messages, the memory needs to be cleared by erasing some of the older messages. This is performed either directly from the handset, or by using the "Delete" button on the base unit (usually the "x" button).

In order to find out how to perform this action from the handset, please consult your unit's operating instructions manual by accessing the following link and entering your unit's model number in the "search" box:

Next, look for the section referring to the Answering machine feature.

If you have a home phone, at some point you have probably received an unwanted phone call. Most digital cordless phones, such as the Panasonic KX-TGA931T, provide a call-blocking feature. Any caller placed on the call block list will receive a busy tone followed by disconnection of the call. This feature is handy if you want to avoid collection calls and sales solicitations. However, if you have accidentally placed a number on the call block list, you can use Panasonic’s direct programming functionality to remedy the situation and prevent important calls from being blocked.

Step 1

Press the “Menu” button followed by the “#” key on the handheld unit.

Step 2

Enter “217” on the numeric keypad to access the blocked numbers menu.

Step 3

Press the down arrow on the keypad. Scroll through the list to select the number you wish to unblock.

Step 4

Press the key under “Erase” to remove the phone number from the list.

Step 5

Select “Yes” to confirm your selection.

I receive several Robo calls weekly and I block all of them as they come in. Now my new Panasonic phone says when I block a call " Call Block Memory Full, and then it says Blocked number saved.

So, first I am not sure if the number is blocked?  As it is very strange that is says the number is saved.

I can see that I can Erase Blocked numbers.  However, that does not make sense, as it will allow that robo caller to call me again.

What is the solution to this issue.  I do not have any messages and I am not using memory in any other way except to block robo calls.

Please advise.

How do I clear my call block list?

Unblock a number.
Open your Phone app ..
Tap More ..
Tap Settings. Blocked numbers..
Next to the number you want to unblock, tap Clear. Unblock..
