No you won't loose your data by uninstalling/reinstalling.
Your BSOD are caused by a problem with your computer not this game. Promise you.
Post crash logs to the game and post your BSOD information. Likely a driver is messed up.
BlueScreenView program can help quiet a bit... but it certainly isn't the "best" way to track down the issue... by far the easiest though.

I'm 90% sure you are wasting your time by uninstalling/reinstalling.
So, well, basically what title (tries to) says: When the game is uninstalled and reinstalled again, there's a chance to lose the current progress?
Recently I've noticed some some "funny" glitches/errors (like this one) and some abnormal behavior, and after having cleared cache a couple of times, I have reached a point where a reinstall is my last option to see if I can solve anything, but I'm hesitating as I'm not quite sure what will happen with all the progress (battle pass, obtained skins/blue prints, level, etc).
Thanks in advance.
