Isabelle asked:
the summary sounds familiar, is this based off a movie? (the age of Adeline?)

Doha Al-Sayed I thought that the Age of Adaline was based on the Invisible Life of Addie LaRue 😅 but when I read the release dates, I figured it must be the other way around. So, I guess the author of the book had taken inspiration from the movie, no doubt about that.

Laurel I came looking for this answer too! It seems more than a coincidence that the character would be named Adaline.... and also unable to age... and there was a part about her loving books or having a job with books or something, which was also the main character's career in the movie!

Sarah Nope, the Adelines share little apart from the name and an inability to age.
