Varies according to team buffs, main-stat distribution (eg. ER or Atk sands), and of course substats: but with the numbers we currently have 4pc EoSF deals ~5-15% more dmg than 2pc EoSF +2pc SR (or glad) in most circumstances.
As an FYI while running the numbers for this I found that an electro goblet is better than an atk goblet for the 2pc+2pc setup.

This set provides a good boost on ATK which can be useful for DPS Characters.
The 2-piece set gives a powerful boost on ATK and would be a great alternative to Gladiator's Finale, which has the same 2-piece set effect.
Shimenawa's Reminiscence 4-piece set increases Normal, Charged, and Plunged Attack damage by a high percentage but uses up a character's energy in exchange, which makes it more suitable for DPS Characters who don't use their Burst much.

Effects with a * can both be a set value and a percentage. For Example: ATK +10, ATK+10%
You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.
Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.
Shimenawa's Reminiscence can be obtained from the following Bosses and Domains.
This Artifact cannot be obtained from Bosses.
