I should’ve listened to the reviews on here when I was going through them! I was a little skeptical but I thought hey maybe it was a bad batch let me try again. Do yourself a favor and just drive to your local CVS or Walgreens and get REAL boric acid. The difference is insane and you will feel it. After years of suffering from chronic BV and yeast infections due to antibiotics I decided to try boric acid after looking up many studies. This stuff will only hurt you. After days of using this product my vagina hurt so bad I could barley wipe it burned so badly. I have it a rest and decided to compare to a pharmacy bought product. I came home and Immediately opened the products to compare and felt so awful that I had put my vagina through more hell. After 2 days of using real boric acid I feel so much more fresh, clean, no more itchiness and NO burning. Just buy the real stuff I promise you it’s worth a drive!

Ok so this is my first review I've ever written, but this was something I felt important enough to write about because of the effect it had on me that I hadn't read or heard about in literally any other reviews and just wanted to make sure I put this out there in case this might happen to anyone else/maybe can get some clarification.

So I read EXTENSIVELY into this product (BA suppositories in general) and spent countless hours looking through as many reviews as I could for a sh*t ton of different brands of suppositories. And just a little backdrop for my history in case anyone wants to know (I know I was curious when reading all these reviews as I wanted to make sure they were genuine reviews): a few months ago I started suffering from BV and was diagnosed by my GYN who wanted to prescribe me antibiotics. They told me there's a chance it could go away without the antibiotics and even a chance of it still coming back even if I did take them. So I figured, well, let me try to see if my body will just run its course naturally with whatever the hell is going on (I had absolutely no idea about anything regarding BV - it was my first time ever hearing the term). Well it's been about 4 or so months now since I was first made aware of it and started showing physical symptoms of BV in the form of odor and itchiness. And for 4 months this has not gone away - after looking into what I could to maybe help this, no matter what I did or changed (whether simple sanitation, cleanliness/how often I shower, adding in probiotics, taking garlic supplements, drinking more water, etc. etc.) nothing has worked. I became really distraught with having this and just not feeling myself, and so that's when I started digging deeper/looking more into other natural/holistic remedies to help, and BA suppositories was one of the options I came across. As I mentioned I did extensive research, but also don't have a whole lot of money to be spending on $50+ bottles of these guys, so I wanted to find something that seemed trustworthy but also wouldn't hurt my wallet too bad. So I found this brand and the reviews and everything seemed ok. So I went ahead and bought a bottle.

Now, about these actual guys. I received my product in perfect condition - no broken safety seal like I saw in other reviews, no missing pills, even opened a pill briefly to observe the contents because people were saying this might not be pharmaceutical grade like it claims it is. Everything was in tip-top shape for me, which is why I've given it a 3-star review so far. However, the first night I used one (used it right before bed, and did what everyone said to do which was put a panty liner down on my undies in case you discharge anything). And then the next morning I woke up and when I went to the bathroom to check what was going on... blood. A lot of it. Now, I wasn't due for my period for another week or so when I took this, and even though my period doesn't always follow a strict schedule, this still seemed way too early for it to have come. Well it's day 5 now since I used the first one (didn't use any more after that in the subsequent days because I was afraid and wasn't sure if it actually WAS my period just brought on super early or if it was actual bleeding from the suppository), and the bleeding is finally stopping like my normal period follows. I did use another suppository last night because I wanted to see if it would cause bleeding again to start - which is how I figured I'd know whether the bleeding was in fact from my period or from the suppository. No excess bleeding today. Will try another one again tonight and come and update this in a few days to let you guys know what's transgressed. Can't really say yet to the extent of whether the product actually works for helping BV symptoms since I've been non-stop bleeding out of my v to tell the difference.

But yeah, as stated earlier, my main point in posting this review was to point out the curiousness about the fact that I literally did not see ONE other review (or ANY answer from even just a simple google search) regarding BA suppositories bringing your period on earlier than normal. This really worried me (seriously I was freaking out when I saw a bunch of blood and didn't know what to expect), and hope that in case this happens to anyone or if anyone would care to explain why tf this just happened to me, it's here for all to see and hopefully not cause any more freak-outs like it did with me.

UPDATE: So I posted my original 3 star review on March 1st, 2020, and it's now March 4th, 2020, just a few days later and I've been using a pill every night. And let me tell you guys... this stuff has saved my life. My period finally stopped and normally after finishing up my period in the past few months the bad odor would immediately come right back, but this time THERE WAS NO SMELL. Well, at least no "fishy/bad" odor type of smell. I've gone back to my NORMAL smell I once had and I cannot begin to explain how elated I am that I can finally get some confidence back down there. Now, I don't know how long the effects last and whether this ever fully takes the BV away - but in my current circumstances all I can say is this stuff does in fact work. If you're at all skeptical like me PLEASE do your research beforehand, but do consider this an option if you've been suffering from BV like I have. I will continue to be using these for the foreseeable future.

This specific brand is the best thing I've ever done for BV (the more generic seeming didn't help me at all). Like many others I've tried a LOT of other things (antibiotics, change of diet, etc.) and I got so desperate and embarrassed that I turned to an audio book on audible to find a solution ("Ultimate UTI Cure for Life" by Amber Bowen and Jimmy Higgins). These are more of a temporary solution for me as of the past 2-3 years since I had been fairly inconsistent, so I have to use them about 2 to 3 times a week even when I'm not particularly sexually active. I've been taking probiotics/prebiotics (Doctor's Recipes Womens Probiotics 50 Billion CFU/16 strains) which I'm switching to a hopefully more fulfilling kind here soon (Doctor's Recipes 100 Billion CFU/32 strains). I haven't personally found my nontemporary solution yet but I'm sure I will with the continous research and trial and error. The BIGGEST tip I'd give to anyone considering/just started using these is that if you're using the suppository applicators like I do, do NOT push it all of the way in. I learned this the hard way a couple times that it can cause blockage and hurts like none other til it dissolves. Other than that I've had no issues with this brand and it's been an absolute life saver for my confidence, sex life, and even just going to the bathroom at work without worry. I hadn't written a review because this is a very private thing to me, but I really wanted anyone who's struggling to know that this very well may be the solution you're looking for as it was for me and many other women.

I don't know how I can start saying this but ladies know that nutrablast boric acid is the deal and I have fallen in love with it. It was news to me when people were complaining about yeast infections and I never knew anything but last month that's when I started having this problem where my V was so itchy and it was burning too especially when I just try touching it or when I go to the bathroom to pee and it felt so uncomfortable.

I tried going to the clinic and the meds I was given never worked so for 2 weeks I was struggling with it and was shy to tell my friends. In search of help on Google coz I was trying to find out more on the yeast infections that's when I got to find nutrablast boric acid and decided to give it a try.
I should not lie I was scared of inserting it downthere 😅😅😅😅😅 but one I did the next day I could feel some relief and after 3 days of use just one pill every night all the burning and itchiness is gone and I have stayed for a week now without using it and still okay.

This product was a life saver. After having my second child, who is now 10, I was plagued with fighting bv. And if it went away i got a yeast infection from the meds. I was so sick if going to the doctor I'd just put up with it until it became painful. But I tried this and I have no more issues! No odor, no pain, no discharge. After sex or a period I use them as needed. So grateful to not be going in to the OB constantly. If you're even on the fence just buy it!

I’ve been struggling with scent issues for years now and i’ve been embarrassed and basically confined myself to the house because i was so insecure about my vag. i’ve only used the product twice and i’m in disbelief because of how well it works. i keep smell testing myself and literally NOTHING! will be ordering again and again. ❤️

This works very well! I have reoccurring yeast and BV infections. I am very sensitive so it doesn’t take much. I take this twice a day, once in the morning once at night. I also wear pantiliners because it can be messy. After about two days The nasty smell is gone but I usually keep going for at least 3 to 4 days just to make sure. I definitely recommend this if you have reoccurring yeast and BV infections. If you’re having burning or it’s not working it might be something more serious I would definitely go to the doctor.
