When you walk in to the room, there’s a horrible smell and for a room that’s non-smoking, it smells a lot like cigarettes. The ceiling has mold. One of the pillows had mold. The sheets were stained and dirty (actual pieces of something fell out when we took the sheets off) and the comforter had cigarette burns. The freezer in the mini fridge was dirty (had a chunk of something black) and so was the fridge. We got in at midnight so we cleaned ourselves a bit then the next morning at 7am the workers started hammering the floors. When we said something the property manager said they would be almost done. We put all the sheets on the floor thinking they would be replaced but they just put them back on the bed. When I asked the manager for a new set and that the pillow had mold, he said housekeeping was gone (it was 1pm) and to sleep on it and ask again the next day. He completely dismissed the mold comment. We ended up putting up a do not disturb sign because we didnt want housekeeping in the room again. Manager said for the inconvenience he would send me an email so I can book with a friends and family discount but there’s no way I would ever stay at a property like this again.Ana

First view of the parking lot worried us, but the rooms are really clean; the staff very friendly and helpful. Brekkie was simple, but enough.

The rate was great. The rooms were fairly clean for the most part but definitely had the smell of "smoke". The location is iffy. Overall our stay was fine but the location made us a little nervous.

Hotel was overall clean and adequate for a nights stay. Very basic amenities and property is dated. Lady at front counter who checked me in never greeted me and was on her personal phone having a conversation with some in Spanish for over a minute before she even acknowledged me. Then is was just “ ID & credit card”. No hello or nothing. In morning I left early as I need to be on road. Had to stand at a window outside of the lobby (like at a bank teller) to check out. Coke and unsafe. Don’t recommend this hotel for a stay.
