The Grand Canyon (AZ)
The Colorado River weaves through red bedrock for over 277 miles carving unique landforms, amazing waterfalls, and offering picture-perfect backdrops. As the world’s largest natural Canyon it’s vastness spreads in front of you as far as the eye can see. I mean, they don’t call it “grand” for nothing!
*Extra* Outdoor adventure lovers are spoilt for choice in this part of the world. Just 5 miles from the start of Grand Canyon National Park in the United States are two incredible natural wonders: Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. If you have time, be sure to add a visit to them to your itineray.
