Power Adaptor - Thrustmaster Force Feedback Racing Wheel

Wed, 29 Oct 2008 04:01

I've just bought a cheap wheel off ebay after my MOMO died and it has arrived without the power adaptor. Does anyone have any specs on the TM FFB Racing wheel or better - where I can get my hands on one? I'm in Australia so not sure if that affects the spec.

Thanks heaps in advance,

Evan

Ive just got a thrustmaster force feedback GT steering wheel for my pc.
I was told it was complete but the power supply is missing.
There are no markings on the unit to tell me the voltage needed and I have searched the net with no luck.
Thrustmaster dont want to help either .
Has anyone got a similar wheel that could tell me the spec of the power supply or even better has anyone got a power supply for the above wheel?

As far as I can tell from a websearch, it runs off USB?

It connects to the usb but the force feedback doesn't work.
There is a power socket on the back next to the on/off switch. On the box it shows a power pack (& its listed in the box contents). The ones Ive found listed on ebay say they have a power supply but none of the sellers will tell me the voltage rating of the power supply

Mine's a Force Feedback, but not a GT, and not USB.

My PSU is 12v output (1.3A)

Ive just been out and managed to get a local shop to open the box and have a look for me.
Its a 20v DC 750mA power supply.
Got to try and find one of those.
Will have a look on maplin and ebay later
