Changes in Work The Contractor shall not commence any additional work or change the scope of the work until authorized in writing by the State. The Contractor shall make no claim for additional compensation in the absence of a prior written approval and amendment executed by all signatories hereto. This Contract may only be amended, supplemented or modified by a written document executed in the same manner as this Contract.
Changes in Ownership 6.21.1 A-E agrees that if there is a change or transfer in ownership, including but not limited to merger by acquisition, of A-E’s business prior to completion of this CONTRACT, the new owners shall be required under terms of sale or other transfer to assume A-E’s duties and obligations contained in this CONTRACT and to obtain the written approval of COUNTY of such merger or acquisition, and complete the obligations and duties contained in the CONTRACT to the satisfaction of COUNTY. POSSESSION AND OCCUPATION 12.1 The Purchaser shall be placed in possession of the Property on the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier, from which date the Purchaser will be entitled to all income and be liable for all expenses pertaining to the Property.
Physical/Occupational Therapy This plan covers physical and occupational therapy when: • ordered by a physician; • received from a licensed physical or occupational therapist; • a program is implemented to provide habilitative or rehabilitative services. See Autism Services when physical therapy and occupational therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.
Changes in the Work 4.1 Subject to Section 4.2, below, (a) any requests for material additions, modifications, or changes to the Work shall be communicated in writing by the Party making the request, and (b) if the Parties mutually agree to such addition, modification, or change to the applicable Work, such agreement shall be set forth in a written document signed by both Parties specifying such addition, modification or change. Any additional costs arising from such addition, modification or change to the Work shall be paid by Developer as part of Company Reimbursable Costs.
Changes in Business From the Closing Date, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole will not fundamentally and substantively alter the character of their business taken as a whole from the business conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole on the Closing Date and other business activities incidental or related to any of the foregoing (the “Business”).
Changes in Scope Any changes in the scope of the Services to be performed under this Contract shall be in the form of a written amendment to this Contract, mutually agreed to and signed by both parties, specifying any such changes, fee adjustments, any adjustment in time of performance, or any other significant factors arising from the changes in the scope of Services.
MINOR CHANGES IN THE WORK 7.4.1 The Architect will have authority to order minor changes in the Work not involving adjustment in the Contract Sum or extension of the Contract Time and not inconsistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. Such changes shall be effected by written order and shall be binding on the Owner and Contractor. The Contractor shall carry out such written orders promptly.

The conditionally renewable provision in an insurance policy allows an insurance company to cancel immediately, not renew at the renewal date, or increase premiums on a policyholder under certain conditions. This provision benefits the insurer, not the policyholder.
