  • Changes in Work The Contractor shall not commence any additional work or change the scope of the work until authorized in writing by the State. The Contractor shall make no claim for additional compensation in the absence of a prior written approval and amendment executed by all signatories hereto. This Contract may only be amended, supplemented or modified by a written document executed in the same manner as this Contract.

  • POSSESSION AND OCCUPATION 12.1 The Purchaser shall be placed in possession of the Property on the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier, from which date the Purchaser will be entitled to all income and be liable for all expenses pertaining to the Property.

  • Physical/Occupational Therapy This plan covers physical and occupational therapy when: • ordered by a physician; • received from a licensed physical or occupational therapist; • a program is implemented to provide habilitative or rehabilitative services. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.
