King Ranch Ultimate package
I am going through the ordering process and need some clarification on the package. I do not want the sun roof and based on the other items on the list it looks like I can get everything else that is included on separate line items. I just do not want to miss anything.

I believe so. You’re on the right path looking at the king ranch.
I ended up with the platinum because of the option packages. I did want the roof and wanted pretty much every option and the platinum was cheaper for what I wanted.
One thing with the King Ranch is it varies by a huge amount in price depending on options.

I wanted the platinum but the wife loves the seats in the King Ranch. I get to get rid of the F250 and upgrade to the F450 and she gets the seats she wants.

From the MSRP builder on Ford.com, the Ultimate package for KR is $3,350. It comes with
- Moonroof - $1,495
- LED - $1,180
- BLIS - $540
- Multicontour Seats - I don't know what this is or why it's different from standard
- Power Running Boards - $995
- Tailgate Step - No price but adds $375 when you tick the box
All of these are available individually and will total to $3,090 less the moonroof. Again, I have no idea what the "multicontour seats" are and these are not an option anywhere else you can add.
Hope this helps. I don't have a KR nor did I order one. I just did the comparison using the online tool to help corroborate the options.
Good luck.

Multi contour seats are the massaging seats. Pretty awesome in my opinion but others don't feel that way.

The massaging seats are not available without the Ultimate package. Everything else can be bought separately.
I didn't want the sunroof, the power boards, or the tailgate step, so I settled for the regular seats and bought the LED/BLIS by itself.

Well, there you go. Whatever the hell the "Multicontour Seats" are, you only get them with the ultimate. So, either pony up the $260 and get both moonroof and seats, or save the $260 and be without them both. Frankly, I cannot fathom how one could describe a massaging seat as "multicontour." Either way, that's that. Maybe some KR owners will chime in.

Multicontour sears are called that because there are air bladders in the seat that can contour to your body. There are 3 separate air bladders in the back of the seat so you can adjust lumbar support for your lower, mid and higher middle back. There are 4 small bladders in the seat that do the massage for your keister and the 3 in the back gently roll up your back. They are meant to help blood flow during long drives. I drive 15 1/2 to work and use them all the time. I wouldnt say they are amazing but they do help.

I just bought a king ranch, it has the ultimate package and has the multicontour seats. Taking it on a long trip this week so I will find out if they work or not. The moon roof is nice but really drops the ceiling height down, I almost always wear a hat and it rubs if I have the seat set to the height I was use too in my last truck. I am sure after a few months I will get use to sitting a bit lower. Of all the things the ultimate package comes with, I think not having the moon roof is one I wouldn't miss.

So, they're not the massaging seats?

It does on your back like said but also works your legs down the side. No complaints. Leave the seat heat on low and its pretty decent.
