The ongoing season of Fortnite began a little over a month ago, on September 18. However, players are already growing curious about next season. The Halloween event was quite possibly the biggest update of the season. Beyond this, players can only expect a new season that could bring some exciting changes.
A few weeks into the season, Loopers have already seen what Paradise has to offer. A chrome-themed island featuring superpowers, Spider-Gwen, and a Spooky Halloween could be the highlights of the season. Those who are already bored of the season have only one question in mind – when will Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 end?
With a few more weeks remaining before the season officially ends, Epic Games is yet to release an official date. However, players can get a fair idea on when Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 will end through the Battle Pass screen. Based on the in-game menu, the pass appears to end on December 3. This means that the new season could start a day or two after that.
When will Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 5 start?
What the rapidly spreading Chrome will lead to and will Geno finally come to the island are questions that can only be answered once a new season arrives. Chapter 3 is already 4 seasons in and if it is anything like the previous Chapter, Epic Games is already halfway through with the storyline. Naturally, Season 5 will be the beginning of a new half.
Players are already aware of when Chapter 3 Season 4 will come to an end. All eyes will now be on the end-of-season live event on December 3. After a few hours, the downtime for the new Season will begin and one can expect it to drop on December 4.
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 5 leaks
It's still too early for any leaks to drop for the upcoming season. The ongoing season still has a few updates left, including the hit Halloween event updates. Hence, fans will have to wait a few more weeks before Season 5 leaks start releasing.
A few things that fans can expect is for the Chrome to disappear completely and for the island to get a makeover, more information on The Paradigm, The Seven, and another exciting Battle Pass. Things will certainly get interesting when leaks surrounding these become available.
Finish your Battle Pass in the next month
The only downside of the season ending early is that players have less time to finish their Battle Pass. Thankfully, Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 ends on December 3, meaning you have well over a month to complete the pass and unlock all the rewards.
The best way to level up fast and unlock Battle Pass rewards is to complete quests and challenges. Weekly and daily quests grant enough XP for players to finish their passes on time. You can also earn XP by playing more games. Each game gives XP based on the amount of time survived and eliminations. Therefore, a high kill Victory Royale will definitely be worth thousands of XP.

Chapter 2
Season 1
To prepare for all the new holiday-themed updates, we will be extending Chapter 2’s first season into early February.
Beginning with the release of the 11.50 update in early February, Fortnite will be moving to Unreal Engine’s Chaos physics system. Chapter 2 Season 2 is now expected to launch Thursday, February 20.
Season 2
We are extending Chapter 2 Season 2 of Fortnite beyond the original April 30 date. Our plan is to launch Chapter 2 Season 3 on June 4th.
In an effort to get everything ready for Chapter 2 - Season 3, we’re extending Season 2 by one week. The new launch day of Season 3 will be Thursday, June 11.
The live event The Device will be delayed to Monday, June 15, and the Season 3 launch delayed to Wednesday, June 17.
Season 3
Season 3 is the shorter one so far in Chapter 2 with a duration of only 71 days.
Season 4
Season 4 end date delayed from November 30th to December 2nd because of the Fortnite Galactus event.
It is impossible to predict the exact time of the day, so the countdown below is just an approximation timed to the indicated day.
In the table, you can find the history of the starting and ending date of each season. There is no off-season, but just a server downtime period prior the successive season.
