There are 2 ways for Cave Spiders to spawn: By killing the Brood Mother or using a Cave Spider Minion. To make the minion, 80 Spider Eyes are required.

Location. Combat I by using a Launchpad found in the back of the Graveyard. It can also be accessed with the Portal to The Spiders' Den or Travel Scroll to the Spiders' Den. This will take the player to a different sub-server containing The Spiders Den.
