I can reveal the Havana singer has split from her love guru boyfriend Matthew Hussey after more than 18 months as a couple.

And the timing of the break-up is likely to raise eyebrows, as she has just released a steamy video for new single Senorita in which she writhes around shirtless with Shawn Mendes.

She has long been close with the Canadian hunk and their friendship has been plagued by whispers that they are more than just friends.

A source close to the singer said: “Camila’s relationship with Matthew had run its course and they decided to break up about a fortnight ago.

“It was a mutual decision to end things. But they have spent a lot of time together over the last year and a half and want to stay friends despite going their own way.

“This is of course going to fuel rumours that she and Shawn have become more than just pals though.”

She started dating the Essex-born dating coach in early 2018 and they were seen together for the first time in February, at the Vanity Fair Oscars party.

The couple were last photographed together in Los Angeles in May, after they had been on a romantic trip to Italy.

Camila said of Matthew in November last year: “He’s so similar to me.

“In person we’re just weird and silly and stupid together. He makes me the happiest I’ve ever been in my life.”

The former Fifth Harmony band member released Senorita on Friday — her second collaboration with Shawn following 2015’s I Know What You Did Last Summer.

It was standing at No2 on Tuesday, 5,114 copies behind Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber who were still at the top with I Don’t Care.

Matthew, who has 1.7million YouTube subscribers, charges an eye-watering £7,800 an hour for one-on-one coaching on how to “find, attract, keep” the right guy.

With skills worth that much, he should have no problem finding someone new.

LADY Gaga might want to rethink her name after lecturing gig-goers about gender identification.

The singer wore this leather outfit ahead of a concert at New York’s Apollo Theatre on Monday, where she gave a long speech about the importance of not assuming someone should be referred to as “he” or “she”.

The bisexual star said: “I’ve learned something very important to people now and I wish to share this with everyone who’s listening, not just in this theatre, but around the world.

“Ask the question, ‘What is your pronoun?’ Because, for a lot of people, it’s really hard and their pronouns aren’t respected or they’re not asked. For me, I’ve grown and changed over the years in a lot of different ways – I’ve felt misunderstood in different ways.”

GARBAGE lead singer Shirley Manson has blasted record label bosses as “insane” for pushing young pop stars to breaking point with relentless schedules.

In an exclusive chat, Shirley said she worried about younger singers’ mental health.

She added: “These young women and men go into the studio and record, then they tour, then it’s back in the studio – and they break. They’re like greyhounds.

“I see them as these young girls and they race to the point of exhaustion.

“Like Ariana Grande, she said she has lost her joy, but it’s insanity that she’s still working.

“Why aren’t her record label taking her off the road and giving her a break for a few years? It’s joyless and loveless for her.”

Shirley has clocked up more than 25 years with Garbage. Their next UK gig is at Kew The Music in Richmond, West London, on July 13. She added: “It’s such a different industry to the one we came up in. It’s chalk and cheese. It’s important we don’t get caught up in that insatiable race to be No1 and get out as many records as possible.

“We’re like tortoises when it comes to putting out records. But we never want to lose that joy.”

Snow patrol

SNOW Patrol have pulled out of Glastonbury this week and cancelled all other shows until July 20 due to band member Johnny McDaid having a serious neck injury.

Their other guitarist, Nathan Connolly, has also been out of action, with nerve damage in his hand.

The band said: “Our dear brother, piano and guitar player Johnny McDaid has a serious problem with his neck, and after consulting with some top neurosurgeons they are all in agreement that the only course of action is immediate surgery.

“We are all, of course, worried about our brother Johnny. He is a force of nature and a giant light in our lives on stage and off, and we will give him all the time and support he needs to recover.

“Johnny has been incredible in the wake of this news and has remained calm at a time when a lot of people might freak out.”

Snow Patrol were due to play Glasto’s Other Stage on Friday night. They will be replaced by The Charlatans. Their slot at Glasgow’s TRNSMT Festival on July 14 will be taken by Lewis Capaldi.

Icon Naomi is up for fashion fight

NAOMI Campbell has revealed she is still battling against racism in her job – despite 30 years as queen of the catwalk.

She feels some bosses aren’t showing her the respect she deserves purely due to the colour of her skin.

Naomi said: “Racism in fashion is still an issue, and I’ve said no to some things I have been offered because of it.

“I turned down some jobs I was offered in Paris last year for that reason. It’s not about the money, things have to change. It has to be different.”

Naomi, who will receive the Icon Award at this year’s British Fashion Council’s bash in December, is determined to change how the major fashion houses work.

She has made several approaches to top industry figures, and said: “They’re not to blame but I want to open that conversation.”

With Naomi’s fearsome reputation, there’s nobody better placed to force the long-overdue change.
