Won't let me check out with a credit card to get my stuff shipped or for in store pickup. I tried all day. So friggin frustrating. I even called the store closest to me (40 min drive) to
place a pick-up order through them and give them my card to run for the items. They refused to take orders over the phone. I'm so disgusted, this stuff is for my business, and the majority of the things I need aren't available in the store and need to be delivered.

I corrected the problem with the Sam's checkout error message "Sorry there's a problem, please try again" by disabling auto protect on Norton, checked out and then enabled it again. Tried checking out again with Norton enabled and it still allowed me to checkout.

I can’t launch app at all. I attempted to enter into app and barely see screen and am immediately kicked out. I have deleted app multiple times and reinstalled it and that hasn’t helped.

I called the 1-888 number on app. Get a message that states cannot reach Google and something about the TCP and the

I wanted to throw this out there. I field a lot of highly escalated incidents for Sam's Club, and ive found a process that clears up the vast majority of cart issues on the site and/or
app.
.
What i advise is: obvs troubleshooting steps of clearing cache'd data on device and or machine. Log out of all devices logged into your Sam's Club acct.
Do a password reset via the "forgot password" link at login, or call Member Services to have a link emailed to you.
That process, as I said, clears up the majority of issues.
Make sure there are no errors in Billing/Shipping addresses you add to your address book. Order verification will cause you some issues as well, if there is mismatched/conflicting data on the address side.

I chatted with Sams and found out there was an item in my cart that was out of stock even though it was not showing out of stock. Once she told me which item it was and I removed it from
my cart I was able to checkout. They are aware of the issue and their tech support is working on correcting it.

Try to use the Sam’s Club app for scanning go today and although everything went through and said my payment was pending when they scanned it at the door and kept saying my payment method
was declined, switched payment three times, all of my cards are good and when I finally had to go back to the register and have it run through it went through just fine… Something wrong with the payment platform for sure

Every time I attempt to make a payment online one of my cards gets declined. I switch to another and it works. The next time I'll go with the one that worked the time before and it will get
declined and when I switch to the one that got declined the transaction before it gets accepted. My bank accounts are not the issue, no other retailer declines me and I have zero balances on my cards. No rhyme or reason. Thought it was just me but mentioned it to several other people who said they have the same experience. Hey Sam's, you have a problem with your payment processing platform.
