TEMPLE, Texas — Channel 6 will be airing the Houston Texans game Saturday night from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. which will preempt the NASCAR race.

NASCAR will air on KNCT, which is the CW.

Below are the channels for the different providers:

  • Over the air: Channel 46.1
  • Dish and DirecTV: Channel 46
  • Grande: Channel 12
  • Spectrum: Channel 20

NASCAR will run from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Saturday.

The NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs field is set. Sixteen drivers have qualified for postseason racing, which consists of eliminations after the Round of 16 (Darlington, Kansas, Bristol), the Round of 12 (Texas, Talladega, Charlotte) and the Round of 8 (Las Vegas, Miami, Martinsville). After 12 weeks of racing, four drivers will compete for the title at the Phoenix Raceway on Nov. 6. 

The playoffs start on Sunday at the Darlington Raceway in South Carolina with the Cook Out Southern 500. The race starts Sunday at 6 p.m. ET (3 p.m. PT) and will be broadcast on USA Network. Here's how you can watch the race without cable.
