Border Grill was founded in 1997 with the goal of bringing a fresher, healthier alternative to the restaurant spectrum in Marquette. Clearly, the market was ready for “real” food in our "fast-casual” format, as we have grown to four locations serving the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
