Is it possible to sort my games library BY SIZE?
Not the installed games, but the ones that aren't installed.
Long story short, I'm using steam as a download speed test (Because normal speedtest simply doesn't work for me, as in it shows my download speed at being at 200mbps while on steam I get 700+mbps).
So I'm searching for a way to see what game is the "largest" download so far, and currently I'm using Skyrim because that's what came in mind.

As far as I know, no. Recent, installed and favorites are about the only sorting choices we have.
No, it's not really possible. It's also not a that good judge of your speed due to how Steam decompresses and copies files during the download.
CoH2 is 3x the size of Skyrim.
Quick look through your games: GTAV @~50GB
As for speedtest, it lets you pick a server, try different ones: //www.speedtest.net/

Okay, that's one thing to look out for.

That's ... sad
What about fast.com results?
It's fairly accurate and quick.
Actually nevermind!! I found how to sort by size! Go to your library then click the sort icons top right until you see them lined by banners (not the large ones, the ones with information). Right click the info bar at the top and check "Size on disk". Click that thereafter and bam. Size Sort.
That's only for already installed games. OP wants to know the size of games not currently installed.
Right, just noticed that rereading the main post. This is a bit harder, then. I thought I had found it.
Maybe some website like steamdb?

Hmm You can filter by INSTALLED, make DYNAMIC COLLECTION. SORT!

But there is NO way to sort by size IF the games are NOT installed. That is what AzKat wants to do.

Well sure there is. Create a static or dynamic collection. Put the collection in the main window (click HOME then click ADD SHELF, choose the collection from the drop-down) and sort by size.
You can create a collection of your whole library or create a collection by the filter criteria. Dynamic collections should be updated automatically, example are collections based of of a tag(s).

Uninstalled games show nothing and they are not sorted by size.
