How to get Storm Atronach Skyrim

• Resist Shock 100%
• Waterwalking
• Immune to Paralysis
• Cannot be Reanimated

• Storm Cloak 10 pts (Opponents in melee range take 10 points shock damage and magicka damage per second.)
• Lightning Bolt spell (A bolt of lightning that does 30 points of shock damage to Health and half that to Magicka.)
• Chain Lightning spell (Lightning bolt that does 40 points of shock damage to Health and half to Magicka, then leaps to a new target.)

where can i get the book to summon an frost or storm atronach?i know that i need to have some certain of lvl in summoning skill to have them in the shops but there isn't any other way?

and what lvl of skill do i have to be and in what shops in what cities i can buy them?

College of Winterhold. Find the master of conjuring and buy it. You will prolly have to complete the college quests to get the chance to buy it,

Did you check the Conjuration mage at the College? If your skill is high enough (high 40s for Frost, 70 for Storm), they should have it for sale. If not, you can make the books at the Atronach Forge by putting the following things in and hitting the lever:Spell Tome - Conjure Frost Atronach 1 Frost Salts 1 Ruined Book 1 Frost Mirriam 1 Ice Wolf Pelt Spell Tome - Conjure Storm Atronach 1 Void Salts 1 Ruined Book 1 Deathbell

Level 76 in conjuration and have yet to find something better than conjure frost atronach.. I mean come on where do I get the good conjuration spells like dremora lord or storm atronach? I'm an arch mage at the college of winter hold and that guy Phines doesn't have anything good so what am I doing wrong here?

Edit: That's specifically Storm Atronach. Also, you can get some conjurations in the DLCs.

Any other besides storm atronach I can get or buy at expert level? Doesn't have to be an atronach exactly

Yeah, the expert ones should show up when you hit 65 in conjuration. (With the exception of Master spells, Spells show up at 10 skill-levels under what you need for the perk)Like I say, if you have the DLCs some are in the Soul Cairn, some in Black Books (including the Master level Flame Thrall) and some are in Tel Mithrin, once you defeat the Ash Guardian that guy summons. All those can be gotten since you are at least at 65 conjuration. Without the DLC, shop from Phinis. I don't know why he hasn't updated his inventory for you, but maybe give him time, like whatever time it takes things that reset to do so. (I looked it up, he restocks in 2 days). When you hit 90 in conjuration, he should offer a quest that unlocks the Master level ones from him. That should give you more.

For lesser ones (Adept and under) Calcelmo should have them (requires 40 for adept).
