Wildberry Cookie proves once again that tanks can be fearsome attackers. Due to having a base ATK stat higher than other
Defense Cookies and a teamwide +15%
Damage Reduction buff, his allies can survive burst compositions more easily. It helps him as much as them, since he needs to survive to continuously gain his
Wild stacks which will increase the damage of his
Wild Punch Skill. This Skill also
Stuns his opponents and interrupts any Skills they could have used. His offensive-defensive utility is essential to survive in the current Arena meta, improving against teams that inflict multiple hits at a time.

Financier Cookie is yet another strong Defense-type Cookie, and leans more to the utility side. Her
Paladin Protection skill both boosts the durability of your best DPS and heals them, allowing them to survive long enough until Skills can finish off the enemy.
Clotted Cream Cookie can do it all, able to deal great damage and even deal True Damage while also able to "Stun" one Cookie in the Front by knocking them behind their team.
Consul's Orders hits all enemies 22 times, knocking back and trapping a Front Cookie in the
Light Cage. He also gets a
DMG Resist buff using his Skill, giving him a much-needed survivability boost.

Dark Cacao Cookie is a mass stat debuffer and
Shield-destroyer. By inflicting
Injury,
ATK Down, and
DEF Down, he ensures that enemies have less HP to withstand burst attacks, such as the damage output from
Solemn Judgment. While he functions well as a tank, it's his unique debuffs that provide the most utility.
Sorbet Shark Cookie can deal an incredible amount of damage to all targets in a row, especially against annoying Front Cookies. In fact, their best use is in prioritizing Front Cookies such as
Tea Knight Cookie or
Caramel Arrow Cookie, dealing true damage to those with the highest Max HP.

Eclair Cookie has been an effective asset in the Arena ever since his release to the point that he's prioritized over the Legendary Middle Cookies. His damage output can be surprising for a Support Cookie, but he truly shines by applying the
Weakness debuff:
Weakness massively increases the damage dealt to an enemy and can stack up to 4 times if not purified. Enemies defeated under this effect even grant allies an HP Shield equal to +25% of their Max HP, which will protect them from further damage (especially if an enemy is revived).

Cream Unicorn Cookie's
Midsummer Night's Dream can give a +15%
DMG Down buff which can help immensely when using a team without a tank. They are also a great counter who use Super Crit comps, as the +17.5%
CRIT DMG Down buff will prove itself as extremely important, especially against opponents who utilize
Oyster Cookie and
Cream Puff Cookie. Its ability to heal two other allies with its normal attacks makes them more efficient than
Pure Vanilla Cookie. The
Silence debuff can also influence the battle heavily if timed correctly. For example, when
Sea Fairy Cookie is about to use
Soaring Compassion, Cream Unicorn can use their
Silence to cancel her skill, so that your frail Middle Cookies will not fall.

Espresso Cookie is back with a vengenance, returning to the Arena meta after an entire year, and once again becoming one of the strongest DPS in the game. His Magic Candy helps him become this threat. His new skill,
Perfect Extraction, is much more fierce than his regular skill, Grinding. His large damage boost plus
Injury and
Stun infliction decimates and interrupts the enemy team, especially past the 1 min mark, where most teams will be hanging on to the brink of survival.

Sea Fairy Cookie is able to deal massive damage to all enemies and
Stun them all for 3 seconds. This opening can be used for either strong healers to heal your side or allow big damagers to get free hits. Overall, she is a solid choice with multiple uses around the game.

Cotton Cookie is one of the best Cookies in the game overall, if not the best. Despite this, in Arena, she's outclassed by Cookies such as Herb Cookie and
Parfait Cookie; she simply can't pull her weight against the strongest Cookies in Arena. However, she's a great early-game choice, as her
A Warm Light can
Stun the enemy and provide a good amount of healing. But, the sheep aren't as good of a boost than
Paru-paru-parfait!★ or Sunny Garden. She's been good in the past, but in recent metas, she can't live up to her potential.

Oyster Cookie proves once again that Cookies that summon allies are among the best, but this time the player gets to choose how many summoned creatures would work best with their strategy, with the way
Might of House Oyster works. The amount of Cooldown reduction essentially dictates how strong you want the skill to be. The Oyster Soldiers are great on their own, being immune to Knockback, which makes them a great counter to enemies such as
Wildberry Cookie. The
CRIT% Up and
CRIT DMG Up can also give the team a great attacking boost and works well with allies such as
Cream Puff Cookie and
Twizzly Gummy Cookie who rely on Crit Boosts to be most valuable.

Frost Queen Cookie is similar to
Sea Fairy Cookie in that she's able to deal incredible damage and apply probably the best debuff in the game,
Freeze. Freeze is very similar to
Stun, save that it both stops Skill cooldowns from decrementing and deals an extra burst of damage based on how long the debuff lasted. Freeze both allows one's team to attack unabated and makes it very difficult for enemies to recover once the debuff wears off. However, due to the current state of the arena, she isn't as effective she used to be. She's still incredibility powerful though and can be amazing if set up with the right composition, but standalone doesn't pull the same weight as Sea Fairy Cookie does.

Strawberry Crepe Cookie's damage output alone isn't the best, but their
Crepe Thrust can deal a good amount of area damage while also granting +50%
Damage Reduction on the two allies with the lowest max HP. Granting half damage to allies who can struggle easily, such as and Licorice Cookie can turn the tables of the battle very quickly—even more so when paired with
Hollyberry Cookie.

Pumpkin Pie Cookie is very frail, so she needs a strong healer such as
Pure Vanilla Cookie,
Cotton Cookie or
Parfait Cookie to keep her viable. She's not very good on her own, but Pompon is what makes her so powerful.
Pompon, help! is widely regarded as one of the best Skills in the entire game, being able to summon an incredible tank, deal a lot of damage, and inflict
Healing debuffs. Another factor is that Pompon lasts for 20 seconds, and having
Squishy Jelly Watch can make sure that Pompon is always on the battlefield.

Crunchy Chip Cookie is very unique, being able to essentially have a revival, without the use of
Sugar Swan's Shining Feather. His regular attacking moves attach
Claw Marks, which can slow an enemies attack speed down by up to 50%. This Speed drop can really dislodge Speed Comps and can especially hinder Madeleine Cookie and
Caramel Arrow Cookie.
Wolf Squadron, while not dealing the best amount of damage, summons a Cream Wolf, which by itself adds about 3/4 of a Crunchy Chip Cookie to the team, but makes it up with Crunchy Chip Cookie becoming 25% stronger due to his
Tamer ability. If Crunchy Chip falls, the wolf becomes enraged. In this state the wolf's stats increase and gains an
immunity to debuffs, as an extra bonus.

Vampire Cookie, despite having low HP, is able to survive very long with his passive healing from his regular attacks. Even more so with his Vampirism skill, which alone is able to nearly knockout a Rear Cookie on it's own. This skill is easily able to clear out an annoying Support or Healing Cookie that could put an end to your strategy. Upon the release of his Magic Candy skill,
Fatal Bite, this can be done more easily, and even stall the entire match with his exclusive
Vampiric Bite status if not dealt with quickly.

Pure Vanilla Cookie is the best Healing Cookie in the game, being able to essentially heal at least 1/2 of an ally's health, while also applying
Shields, which can help the whole team. However, he cannot attack normally, which means a lot of players swap him out for a Support Cookie that can deal a good amount of damage or supply better buffs to the team like
Cotton Cookie,
Parfait Cookie or the current Herb Cookie.

Purple Yam Cookie used to be outclassed by literally all attackers in the game, but with the release of his Magic Candy, the much boost he very much needed was given to him in the form of
Berserker's Fury, given to him by his new
Berserker's Fury skill. Giving him up to +80%
ATK, +80%
Crit%, +36%
Damage Resist, and +40%
ATK SPD. Along with all of this, if Berserker's Fury got to four stacks,
Berserker's Spirit would activate, healing Purple Yam Cookie essentially to full health. Sadly however, with all the ups, there's lows, and Arena matches usually not last up to 80 seconds, the time needed to get to four stacks of
Berserker's Fury.
Cocoa Cookie is a unique Cookie. Instead of being a tank that slowly chips away at the enemy, she heals multiple allies at once while taking hits.
Cocoa Is Love slowly knocks back the enemy, which can allow allies such as
Black Raisin Cookie and
Sorbet Shark Cookie to deal massive damage. Her Skill heals for a decent amount as well, overall increasing survivability. However, her being able to only deal damage with her Skill means people usually swap her for either
Strawberry Crepe Cookie or
Wildberry Cookie.
Black Raisin Cookie is essentially a more powerful Chili Pepper Cookie.
Shadow Watcher deals big damage to Middle and Rear Cookies while also keeping herself completely invulnerable to damage while the Skill is being used. She is a great substitute for people who might not have stronger options such as
Sorbet Shark Cookie and
Eclair Cookie.
Squid Ink Cookie is very similar to
Black Raisin Cookie, being able to deal multiple hits to Middle and Rear Cookies; the invulnerability while using
Ink Tentacle Slap is also carried over.
Snow Sugar Cookie's Blizzard is able apply
ATK SPD Down to all enemies at once. Snow King is a great constant attacking force and works well in a Summoner comp, especially with
Seamstress's Pin Cushion. However, Snow King being summoned in the back half of the group sadly means he can't surround annoying Front Cookies. Overall, the sheep from
A Warm Light or the minions from Licorice Servants are better summoned creatures.
Cream Puff Cookie works well with
Mala Sauce Cookie and her
CRIT% Up buff. Along with full Apple Jelly Toppings,
Jellius Extremus can provide both strong attacks and great healing at once. However, she still needs support from allies like
Strawberry Crepe Cookie and
Parfait Cookie to provide strong buffs to the team.
Mint Choco Cookie is able to provide the coveted
ATK SPD Up buff, which allows the rest of the team to flurry the enemy with constant attacks. This ATK SPD buff works especially well with
Caramel Arrow Cookie and Madeleine Cookie along with
Librarian's Enchanted Robes, creating a group of three that barely any Cookie can counter. Regardless, Mint Choco Cookie on his own can provide a great buff to the entire team no matter the composition.
Lilac Cookie works the best when paired with Mint Choco Cookie and
Librarian's Enchanted Robes, as the amount of ATK SPD he has boosts the damage output of
Chakram Throw. His chakrams deal plenty damage to all enemies, being able to chip away targets who might have low HP, while heavy hitters such as
Sea Fairy Cookie and
Dark Cacao Cookie can take the rest of the opposition down.
Kumiho Cookie and
Almond Cookie are part of the infamous Cheese Comp, which is able to cripple strong teams who aren't expecting the damage output from these Cookies who typically aren't the best. Somersault is able to
Charm enemies, which disallows skill activations and movement. This sets up
Almond Handcuffs to apply
Damage Link, which, when paired with strong attackers such as
Caramel Arrow Cookie,
Dark Cacao Cookie,
Sea Fairy Cookie and
Clotted Cream Cookie, can eliminate all enemies essentially instantly. However, these Cookies on their own aren't too powerful.
Rye Cookie's access to her Magic Candy Skill,
Best Shot in the Kingdom, allows her to be both amazing at single target DPS and team-wide support. Due to additional shots and
Burn DMG, she's able to compete with recent Cookies in terms of damage. The enchantments to her Magic Candy Skill also increases
ATK SPD for every ally, being most beneficial to
Caramel Arrow Cookie, and could make for devastating comps. While being able to deal big damage over multiple hits to a weaker Rear Cookie, she shines best when paired with the likes of
Almond Cookie and his
Damage Link. After using her skill, Rye Cookie's ATK SPD is
boosted by 50%, becoming a threat to Cookies who prefer to stay in the back.

Red Velvet Cookie is used to disable one of the oppositions' biggest threats very quickly. Not only does
Crimson Hand deal very high damage, it also
Stuns the target for 5 seconds, making it one of the most potent single-target crowd-control skills in the game. On top of this, the targetted Cookie is dragged to the front of Red Velvet, making them vulnerable to the rest of the team's attacks.
Moon Rabbit Cookie works the best with heavy hitters, as her Skill,
Giant Rice Cake Bunny gives a great profit if the affected enemy dies within 10 seconds. If this happens consistently, Moon Rabbit Cookie can easily replace a Healing Cookie, which can open up the opportunity for another heavy hitter such as
Sea Fairy Cookie or
Clotted Cream Cookie. However, the timing of the Skill activations can be very tricky to get consistently. A lot of experimenting with Treasures will be needed to keep Moon Rabbit Cookie in a viable position for your team.
Raspberry Cookie can easily deal with one of the opposition's biggest threats with how
Raspberry Reprise works. The timing of her Skill can make a difference between a win and loss: the
40% ATK drop can spell disaster for your opponent if it is timed correctly, and along with a
Paru-paru-parfait!★, their Skill will do essentially nothing. Like with
Moon Rabbit Cookie, to get the most use out of
Raspberry Reprise, you need to experiment with Treasures to time it perfectly.
Cherry Blossom Cookie is a great counter to Summoner comps. The AoE damage means that each opponent can be hit multiple times from multiple cherry blossoms from
Cherry Blossom Rain. The
2.5% ATK boost every enemy hit can be very impactful against
Cotton Cookie, Licorice Cookie and in particular. This ATK boost can completely shift the tides of the battle, especially when paired with
Eclair Cookie,
Dark Cacao Cookie and
Sea Fairy Cookie.
Affogato Cookie works incredibly well with mass stat debuffers, most notably
Dark Cacao Cookie. This is because
Sweet Scheme amplifies debuffs. Added alongside the huge attack force of
Caramel Arrow Cookie, this trio is truly feared. The
Curse also disallows buffs, which helps immensely against teams who focus on buffs like opponents who have
Parfait Cookie and
Wildberry Cookie. The damage over time is also an added bonus, which can pull off some clutch victories with
Insignia of the Indomitable Knights.
Tiger Lily Cookie can be a great last minute winner. Tiger Rider can
Stun for the same amount of time that
Sea Fairy Cookie can, making Tiger Lily a great sub for players who don't have Sea Fairy Cookie. Being in the Rear also allows her to get multiple Skill activations off before she goes down, especially when paired with high DEF boosters like
Hollyberry Cookie,
Strawberry Crepe Cookie and
Parfait Cookie.

While Milk Cookie still has a self-centred nature, the release of his Magic Candy finally allows him to survive the flurry of attacks with his new skill,
Noble Resolution. Along with boosted damage, the added healing to his skill finally allows him to be viable in certain metas, and even allows his
Taunt to be more of a benefit because of how the healing of his skill works. The Purification of all debuffs also allows him to be among the ranks of Herb Cookie to be the only Cookie to counter
Caramel Arrow Cookie's dangerous
Arrow of Resolution.
Dark Choco Cookie is a great tank capable of lowering the opponents
DEF stat, along with multiple hits from Sword of Darkness, the opponent's health will be lowered in mere seconds, more so when paired with
Eclair Cookie,
Sea Fairy Cookie and especially Vampire Cookie. However, his debuff capabilities are completely outshined by
his father, who provides more utility in certain situations.
A recent buff to Werewolf Cookie made him a bit more viable, but not to the same extent to what happened with Pomegranate Cookie. Transformation gives a nice boost, having higher HP, ATK range and ATK damage, for about 10 seconds. The added 20% chance of a
Stun, plus some
Debuff Resist Up is also a nice boost to a once forgotten skill. The overall damage output to HP ratio is still not the best however.
Licorice Cookie has very low base HP, meaning he falls very quickly, but his main purpose is to deal as much damage as possible before he goes down. This is greatly achieved with Licorice Servants, as the lightning deals big damage and it usually locks on to the enemy, giving free damage. The servants are also very helpful in dealing with annoying Front Cookies by surrounding them. His very weak HP also makes him a great teammate to
Tea Knight Cookie, who thrives with weaker Cookies. His main setback however is obviously, his very little HP and the fact that his skill doesn't summon tanks or make him invulnerable for a while.
Latte Cookie, like most Magic Cookies, is very frail, and her main use is to help her allies in keeping the enemies' HP low. This is greatly acheived with
Care for a Latte?, which deals periodic damage with a glyph on the floor, dealing more damage the closer the targets are to the center, it also prevents enemies from using their skills with the
Silenced effect. As said before though, she is very frail and needs a lot of backup.
Pastry Cookie's
Battle Prayer makes her a powerful flurry attacker, being able to hit multiple targets with ricochet arrows. Her
ATK SPD is boosted by 50%, and along with a Battlefield Symphony her damage output will be doubled, and even tripled with the
ATK buff her skill provides, and even more so when paired with
Old Pilgrim's Scroll. She is pretty fragile though and needs a lot of backup from allies such as
Eclair Cookie and
Parfait Cookie to keep at a viable level.
Mala Sauce Cookie is able to
Burn all opponents while giving the two allied cookies with the highest crit rate an extra 25% crit rate
CRIT% Up buff with her
Spicy Mala Strike skill. This in turn allows her to work well with the likes of
Cream Puff Cookie and
Twizzly Gummy Cookie in helping them get the most out of
Jellius Extremus and
Twizzly Beam respectively. Her damage output alone isn't the best and she is heavily overshadowed by much more heavy hitting Charge Cookies.
Twizzly Gummy Cookie works best with the aforementioned
Mala Sauce Cookie and her
CRIT% Up buff.
Twizzly Beam is able to deal moderate damage across the field, and can even become a big threat if too many of the
Crit Damage bonuses are applied. She also applies
Zap, which is able to take away
Shields. This means that Twizzly Gummy Cookie can be a good counter for
Eclair Cookie and
Pure Vanilla Cookie for people who do not own
Dark Cacao Cookie.
Mango Cookie deals great chip damage to all enemies, being able to disarm the opposition for a short period of time, and knockout opponents who have low HP. The added 10%
ATK Up buff can also help heavy hitters such as
Sea Fairy Cookie and
Caramel Arrow Cookie. He is also very frail, typical for a Magic Cookie, but his damage output before he goes down is much weaker compared to other Magic Cookies.
Poison Mushroom Cookie is essentially a
Mala Sauce Cookie but without the
CRIT% Up. Instead the
Poison will inflict a 15%
Healing Down debuff to the enemy team. But sadly, that's it, nothing else of note with the Poison Cloud skill. While Poison Mushroom Cookie can be helpful against strong Healing Cookies, they can also pull off some clutch moments with
Insignia of the Indomitable Knights, they are overall, not very useful, especially with the prevalence of Herb Cookie currently in the meta.

Fig Cookie is outclassed by other Support Cookies, not being able to heal the team or provide a helpful buff to the team. While their Skill can influence the battle if timed very precisely, the prevalence of Sunny Garden gives Fig Cookie's debuff little time to shine.
Sparkling Cookie's Sparkling Cocktail is the weakest healing Skill in the game for an Epic+ Cookie. While the
CRIT% Up buff can be useful for Crit-based compositions, only two allies are healed by his Skill at a time, which pales in comparison to the teamwide-healing of other Healing and Support Cookies' Skills.

Chili Pepper Cookie's damage output is relatively poor compared to essentially every other damage-dealing Epic Cookie. Cheap Shot, while being able to deal somewhat okay damage to vulnerable backline Cookies, has a very specific range that even the slightest repositioning can ruin. While she's necessary for starting players to climb out of Chocolate tier in Arena, be sure to replace her with a more useful choice as soon as one can.
