All items that are located under our shop section titled "Ready to Ship Now!" will indeed be shipped out the same day your order is placed. As a result, we can no longer adhere to our normal lead times out of the growing concern for our team's health and safety. We all love our customers but the safety of our team and our clients is of the utmost importance and we are taking all precautionary steps to protect both customers and our employees. WE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER $500 (unless requested otherwise or if the package is marked as a gift), in order to prevent the package from getting lost or stolen in the mail. Please make note of this when entering your 'Ship To' address.

Should you feel that the Required Signature is not necessary, kindly leave a note stating "No Signature Requirement" in the 'Note to Seller' section upon checking out. However, all orders valued over $500.00 that are sent out with FedEx expedited shipping (i.e. Overnight, 2Day, etc...) cannot be shipped without a signed requirement upon delivery due to insurance purposes.

International Shipping (to clients outside of the U.S.)

🌟 Your order will be shipped using USPS, which will include a tracking number provided through Etsy. Tracking may only show progress as your package moves through the U.S. postal system - once your package leaves the country, the tracking number may stop updating.

🌟 International orders will be sent with USPS International Priority Mail, and will include insurance. These shipments typically take between 2-3 weeks for delivery, depending on how long it takes for your country's customs office to process the package.

To all international buyers: your country's customs office may require you to pay an import fee before they deliver your package. We are not aware of the laws from one country to the next, and we will not be responsible for those fees. Contact your customs office directly if you have specific questions about these fees. If you refuse to pay for the fees associated with your shipment, the package will be returned to our studio in the U.S. by default. If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you in case there was an error. However, if we cannot reach you or if you have changed your mind, we will refund your order MINUS the 15% restocking fee and shipping charge (please see our Returns section for more information).

Lost Packages

NOTE: AS OF 7/6/21 WE WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE FREE INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR ORDERS VALUED UNDER $100.00 VIA USPS 1st CLASS MAIL SERVICE. If the total value of your order (pre-tax amount) is under $100.00, it is strongly recommended that you make your purchase via USPS Priority Mail- which automatically covers up to $100.00 in value with their insurance service.

For all other orders value over $100.00 via USPS 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Express or FedEx Express; please contact us immediately in the event that your package is lost in transit. Insurance coverage is time-sensitive, so no time should be wasted if you have not received your package within the predicted window of time.
