How do I find my affinity account number?Your account/member number is located on the top right portion of your eStatement which can be found under the Member Services tab in online banking or the More icon in the mobile app. If you do not have eStatements, you can find it on your paper statement or call the credit union at 800-343-1028.
How do I close my affinity credit union account?Close an Account
You can also access this form from the Contact option within online banking, located in the top right. On the Contact page, select "Close Account" in the menu on the left. To close your membership, please either start a Live Chat or give us a call at (800) 322-7228 during business hours.
Does Affinity Plus Credit Union use Zelle?You can send, request, or receive money with Zelle®. To get started, log into Affinity's mobile app and select "Send Money with Zelle®". Following the prompts, enter the information requested, accept the terms and conditions, and you're ready to start sending and receiving with Zelle®.
