Some light zits became very problematic and even with careful care, damaged skin that was clear before.The small zits/skin irritation should outweigh the effectiveness BUT IT DOES NOT. Proof is in the photos that my light sun damage under eyes and on cheek bones did not reduce or lighten at all.Visible skin irritation and breakouts daily for 2 months is unacceptable for no results.I wish I could get a refund on this product. When I saw the price for this on Amazon, I decided to try it. It has a very different texture and thickness than what I’d been using, but I really like it. It’s thinner than I expected, but a little goes a long way and I love how it makes my skin feel and it also has a very slight chocolate fragrance that I like. I start with this after cleansing my face then use the Genius Ultimate Anti-Aging Cream. I like the moisturizing effect of these 2 products. But the box was completely crushed, and I could not give this bottle as a gift as planned. The price is so much lower than at other retailers, I am a little suspect of the supplier; perhaps they buy damaged packages to resell? The product itself seems genuine, but still disappointed in the package and hope the product is not out of date. Guess you get what you pay for.
