Are Io games full of bots?

I've noticed an awful trend in more recent IO games. A lot of them are portraying themselves as multiplayer games, but you only see maybe two real players. In some you just don't see any. I thought that paper.io would be the first and last IO game to do this dirty thing, but now you've got littlebigsnake and wanderers.io. There might be even more than that, but I haven't been playing most of the new ones, I still play older ones like Diep and such. I don't have anything against bots in IO games, but what I hate is that they don't say anything about it. Last I checked, IO games were supposed to be about playing with a lot of other players, so unless you specifically mention that it's bots, then it's assumed that it's multiplayer. People are being lied to, and they are falling for it.

Bots are AI controlled entities that resemble the player. They are generated when a new round starts. There are generally over 20 to 30 bots each game. Their purpose is to help players get more kills. As the game progresses, the bots become more powerful, as they acquire weapons and start firing at you, rather than simply running away. Many players dislike them due to the sheer number, since most lobby's have a lot of bots now.

Bots usually hold pistols and ARs and never hold snipers and shotguns. They never punch, open crates, and close doors after opening them. Bots are easy to spot, they don't equip melee and backpacks.

If you are into online gaming you are probably familiar with the concept of bots – ‘fake’ enemies controlled by artificial intelligence that can take place of your opponents instead of real people. So you might be wondering: are there any bots for hole.io? The answer is no, because you don’t need any – it’s as simple as that! This black hole simulator was created with multiplayer in mind from the very beginning. The rounds are short, so it’s OK if you don’t make it to the top right away. Practice by competing against actual people, lose some games, learn from your mistake and gain that priceless experience to become the best!
