  Since I’ve been in Warner Robins I’ve found a braiding shop that does everything I could ask for.The women's name is Astou, she does amazing work along with everyone else in her shop.I appreciate her!!! I could tell her the way I want my hairstyle, she would tell me that she can do it. If I was asking for something ridiculous she’ll let me know that it won’t look right, but find a way to make it perfect! • The beauty shop was very clean. There are many styling stations for many customers. Each customer has her own table for her purse and etc. I love my hair. I received service on the same day of request.

• I highly recommend Astou African Hair Braiding. The owner was very nice and professional when I inquired about the hairstyle I wanted and when I booked my appointment. The stylist who did my hair was very prompted and it did not hurt. I am very satisfied and I most definitely will be returning for future services.

I got individual braids. First, the braider was late. Then she tried to give me braids that came to the top of my bra for $165. when I asked for something a little longer, she charged me $200. Another girl that goes to them saw my braids and said that is the length she usually gets and her braids are usually 170. This is not the first time i heard about them charging somebody extra for a certain length and charging somebody a cheaper price for the same length. My hair was braided maybe a month and then it started to look like I had it in for 3 months. My hair in the back had come out of the braid and started to tangle together and mat.That has never happened to me, even when I shampoo and condition my hair while in braids I don't have that problem. I liked the way the finished product looked but for the price, it did not last long at all.

They braid good but I didnt like the fact that they HAD to use gel when they were done. I’ve NEVER shad someone put gel on my hair after it was finished.

My haor was not what I askd for. Then she was an hour late. Never will I go back again.

I must say those lady's are very professional and I really felt cared for. They listen to what the customer wants. I left there not long ago. I'm very satisfied with my hair style. I must say I feel and look good today. Thanks again Astou hair braiding. I'm a customer forever. ....

Very professional and extremely nice! No double booking and it is not ran like a factory. Appointments are set. I love the fact they will call to confirm your appointment time and begin working on your hair at appointment arrival. I love the attention to detail and I love my braids! Again, very professional. I will surely be back!
