I own this, the larger (deep wave) version, and the S shaped version of these wavers. I use a thermometer on every new heat related hair product I purchase as a precaution, this one read 50-60 degrees (F) hotter on the minimum setting than the other two. It styled my hair pretty well, but my hair did not like getting hit with that much heat.
