Best red dot for Sig P365 SAS

DESCRIPTION:

CNC machined from Precision Cast Aluminum Plate manufactured in Germany by Gleich Aluminium. Gleich is the European market leader in the production of high quality precision Cast Aluminum Plate.

These adapter plates allow direct mounting of a red dot optic to the P365 SAS or P938 SAS slide with no modification to the slide. The adapter uses the same mounting screw holes locations as the factory SAS sight.

ONLY fits SAS model slides with fiber optic rear sight assembly.

Will not fit P365x or P365xl.

*Adapters may take up to 1-2 week to produce and ship. 

*Although machined to tight tolerances, minor fitting may be required in rare instances. Feel free to contact us prior to attempting any modification to your slide or adapter plate. 

INSTALLATION:

Simply remove the factory SAS sight and mount the adapter plate with the included M2.5 screws using the same screw holes. No modification to your slide is required.

*The factory screws may be very tight. Recommend a high quality wrench such as Bondhus. You are free to send your slide in for screw removal as they sometimes need drilled out they are so tight.

The red dot will then mount directly to the adapter plate with the included mounting screws. Some optics may mount with the factory supplied screws (RomeoZERO, Trijicon RMRcc, DeltaPoint Pro, Romeo Pro).

*If using factory screws, be sure they are not too long, or cosmetic damage may occur to your slide.

*Sealing plate required with Trijicon RMR products to achieve water protection rating.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

- CNC Machined Aluminum Adapter Plate finished in black. If another color is desired, then note that on the order. You are NOT purchasing a slide or optic.

- Adapter Plate mounting screws

- Proper length optic mounting screws

CANCELLATION/RETURN:

Returns initiated more than 3 days following delivery will result in a 25% restocking fee. Adapter plates must be returned in unused condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable once shipped. 

For your convenience, I will purchase and install certain parts for your build. I do not charge any installation fees and will always attempt to maintain pricing that represents the cheapest, yet most reliable supplier to source any parts. If something is not listed and you would like me to get it in then just let me know and we will get you taken care of.

While it is possible to install this mount without the use of a Gunsmith, we recommend hiring a professional gunsmith. Please note. Unprofessional installation such as improper torque will result in screw loose, not holding zero, damage to the firearm/optic and personal injury. When you first receive ADE red dot. It might has a picatinny mounting plate pre-assembled (might be packaged separately in the retail package, depends on the ADE model). Please use the allen wrench provided to take out the 2 hex screws(M3x6mm) on the top behind the glass frame. It will disconnect the red dot from the picatinny mounting plate. You will then be able to attach the red dot to a variety of handgun mounting plates that are sold separately（please read the description to see if this listihng comes with an optic plate for a specific handgun).

How easy it was to install.

I was really excited to buy this product. I like the brand name and quality, especially with it's price point. I was especially excited that it states the design is specific for a Sig p365 non XL.

When I read that, it implied to me that there would be some Elegance in how it fit on the gun and in keeping with the purpose of the gun which is micro concealed carry. When the package arrived I took it out and when I held it against the gun and I was convinced I received the wrong product. So I checked the paperwork and sure enough I had the correct item I ordered. I don't have the exact dimensions but it sticks out extra on both sides of the slide plate, and the height is increased dramatically because of the adapter plate.
I thought maybe I was missing something and I tried reaching out to the seller. But they have chosen to have Amazon handle the customer service. What Amazon customer service rep understands Carry conceal and the nuances of what that means? I've tried before and didn't bother this time.

Now I could put on a pair of size 16 Shoes even though I wear a size 8 and they would go on my feet. But they don't work and neither does this sight for a Sig p365.

I've returned the item and recommend the following:

Crimson Trace Rad Micro Pro
