So i decided to pick up the game and play again after 6 months and im getting this error now

Error

Ok first of all im using the disc version and its Game of the year edition and i have formatted my ps in the middle but my save is backed up.

Now when i updated and tried to load im getting this error so i tried a couple of solutions online like the ones shown [here] (https://www.gamepur.com/guide/18424-how-fix-ps4-bloodborne-game-install-incomplete-cannot-load-save-data-error.html) but nothing has worked for me..

Ive deleted my save started fresh and everything but as soon as im back in the main menu im stuck again with this error

Recently From Software released the 2.50 Patch For Bloodborne which “Add Online Functionality, Game Performance and Stability Improvements, Bug Fixes” to the game, but unfortunately instead of fixing bugs, this patch added more of them.

Fix 1

First of all unistall Bloodborne completely
Insert the disc to start a new installation process
Download and install the patch
Now start the game

Tip: Dont start a new Bloodborne Game before downloading and installing the patch.

Fix 2

Another way to fix the error is start a new Bloodborne game and create a new character and play till you light the first bonfire. After you are done go to main menu and select load game to load your save file.

Fix 3

Some players were successful in getting rid of the error by following these steps:

Remove the Bloodborne Disc
Completely turn off your PS4
Wait for a couple of seconds
Turn it on again
Insert disc
Start the game

hi guys!
This has been my problem for the past 2 days. I have tried uninstalling the game and updating it multiple times. I also tried putting the ps4 in rest mode for multiple hours. I also asked the store to replace my disc. ALL OF THESE DID NOT WORK FOR ME.
the solution that worked for me was by creating a new character. important thing here is to play until the bonfire in Yharnam. You can just run past the enemies until you reach the bonfire. ACTIVATE the bonfire. I teleported to Hunters Dream to be sure.
After that, exit to the main menu of Bloodborne. (options then right right, down to Exit) Go to Load Game. (I'm not sure if Continue will work). Choose your main character or any character that you want. Done

The game install progress is more of a registration to the PS4, not a full install. It's just enough to setup for the system and start the game.
The game is over 27GB and a complete install takes longer. It will take 20-30min to install (blu-ray read speed is approx 27MB/s). Playing the game while installing or putting the system into rest mode may take longer to install.
So your save file is fine. Just give it some time and the game will install and be ready.
Also if you uninstall, the game will be version 1.00 and if your save data is a higher version like 1.01 then you will need to download the update.
