What is the best pain relief for soreness due to dermal lip fillers? I am aware that certain pain killers can potentially lead to further bruising. I understand paracetamol is ok, but to me I might as well have a sugar pill. Is Tramadol ok, it isn't a blood thinner I know. Show

Cold compresses may be used after the treatment to reduce swelling, and decrease soreness. You may take Tylenol every 4-6 hours after the treatment to help with any discomfort you may have.
Can you take Advil or Tylenol after fillers?POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
Swelling can last 3-4 days. It is also normal to experience some tenderness. You may take Tylenol for this. Avoid aspirin or ibuprofen products as they may increase your potential to bruise.

You may take Tylenol® (if not contraindicated) one hour before your appointment to prevent any discomfort you may experience. If you have concerns about discomfort.
Can you take Tylenol after getting Juvederm?You may resume normal activities the following day. Avoid sunbathing and excessive UV exposure until all redness, swelling and bruising have resolved. We recommend avoiding alcoholic beverages for 24 hours and anti-inflammatory drugs for 48 hours after your procedure. Tylenol is encouraged for any pain or discomfort.
