Have been using water wipes my wife had largely been gifted previously or stocked during pregnancy. Those are running out and was was fortunate to have someone drop off a whole box from Costco! Would love to hear thoughts otherwise, obviously will need to stock up again soon!

I've occasionally used unscented (Kirkland) baby wipes on my baby's face when I don't have a burp cloth handy. Does anyone know if that's ok? I don't want to cause baby acne or any other skin irritations.

What do you wipe a baby's face with?

Use plain water on their face, especially around their eyes and mouth, then use baby wash or soap on their skin and hair. Lift your baby gently out of the bath on onto a clean, dry towel. Gently pat their skin dry and make sure you dry inside their creases.
