Can you use a grill on South Padre Island?

1. What is our Cancellation Policy -

Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least one month in advance or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of your Total Balance. There are no refunds for early departure.

2. What is Check In Time -

Check-in is at 3:00 pm. If you are interested in an early check in, please contact the office 24 hours prior to your arrival date to see if an early check in is possible.

3. How late can I arrive to Check-in?

The Seabreeze 1 office is open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm. If you are going to arrive after 6pm to check in, please contact the office at 1-800-221-6448 to receive late check in instructions so you know how to access a key.

4. What time is Check-out?

Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that there will be a charge of $75 to guests per hour or fraction thereof who do not leave in a timely manner, unless they have made prior arrangements with Seabreeze 1 for a late check out.

5. Are the condos non-smoking?

All condos are non-smoking inside the units. Any guests that do not comply will be charged a $200 cleaning/deoderizing fee plus an additional fine for loss of rental.

6. Is there a barbeque grill I can use?

There is a communal barbeque area on the grounds of Seabreeze 1 that you can use. There is a large Charcoal Grill and a Gas Grill available for guest use. We do not allow barbeque grills on the balcony. 

7. Is the Pool Heated?

YES, the pool is heated for your year-round enjoyment.

8. When is the Pool open and what are the pool rules?

The Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily and children must be accompanied by an adult. There is no life guard on duty.

NO GLASS in the pool area as it is a hazard to bare feet and the pool system itself.

BATHING SUITS required in the pool.

SHOWER prior to entering the pool to remove grease, lotions and sand.

NO DIVING in the pool.

NO LOUD music. Please be respectful of all guests at Seabreeze 1.

9. Are there any suggested items that we bring with us?

The condo is fully equipped with linens, towels and kitchen supplies. We also start you out with toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap and coffee filters.

We would suggest that you bring your own BEACH TOWELS as not all condos stock these. In addtion you may want to bring paper towels, napkins, any cleaning supplies that you would like to use during your stay, laundry detergent if you plan to wash clothes while you are here, toiletries, etc.

10. Is there parking provided?

Yes, we guarantee ONE parking space per condo. Parking is LIMITED. Although some of our reserved parking spaces allow room for an extra vehicle, additional cars/trucks/boats/etc. will likely need to park at the beach access on the south side of the building (day-time parking only, 6:00 am to 12:00 am) or on the street for overnight parking. Please note that should you park on the street, South Padre Island code requires all four tires to be off the pavement.

11. Is there security provided?

Security patrols nightly.

12. What do I do if there is an emergency?

If a guest experiences an emergency, such as an accidental lock-out, A/C breaks, Water Pipe Break, etc. the guests can contact the manager on duty at the Emergency Phone number that is posted inside the Condo and on the property. The manager is available 24/7 for any EMERGENCY issues that can not wait until the next morning.

Rules: Campfires are permitted in fully contained barbecue grills or in a pit dug in the ground, unless there is a fire ban in effect. Bonfires are not permitted anywhere in the park. Remove any burned materials (Ex., charcoal) and pack them out with you.

Is there a burn ban on Padre Island?
