Structure is deteriorated (exposed wood and rusted metal). Vending machines not stocked. The floor in my room was filthy. I would have walked but it was late, I was tired and ended up using two bath towels to "mop" it myself. I know labor is short and covering housekeeping is nearly impossible in today's market but this was really bad. The location of the parks is great if you have a rental car. Visiting I drive is a 5-minute drive away. The location is very dated and not very clean. I found hair in the bathroom on the bed. Pros:The beds where so good, the cleaning and the location Cons:my bathroom door didn’t close at all, some days didn’t have shampoo have to buy it Pros:Staff was helpful and room was very clean updated and comfortable Cons:Kayak should mention that there is a small fee due at the hotel; it was just $3 of additional tax I was told but I was unaware and I believe customers should be inform if there will additional charges above the booking price. Pros:The hotel was literally walking distance to the convention center which was so ideal. The staff was always amazing and the room was perfect for what we needed. It wasn't super glamorous but very comfy... especially for the price. I loved that it came with a microwave and fridge. Perfect if traveling with small kids. Cons:I would have appreciated assigned parking. We went to Megacon and the hotel was sooooo busy. We lost our spot next to our room and had to park on the opposite side of the hotel. We have an infant and toddler and I would have really appreciated having easy access to my car. It's not fair that people reserve a room and then they probably invited more people to stay with them which led to no parking. People had to park illegally on the curbs. Other than that our trip was great. Pros:Comfortable beds. Good space. Microwave and fridge. Cons:The toilet kept running.
