The only thing I did not like about this cake mix is the fact that I can taste the dye. You can definitely taste the dye in the raw batter. I thought the taste would go away after its been baked, but no, it was still there. I will have to try the pink velvet cake mix soon and hopefully it doesn't have a dye taste. The blue velvet cake is delicious, but not at good as their red velvet option. Overall the only time I would use a blue cake would be for a kids birthday and they seemed to love it.
