• Weis Refreshing Lemon Sorbet

  Nothing beats a scoop or two of our classic Lemon sorbet on a hot Summer's day. This classic, palate-cleansing sorbet is made by Weis in the true Italian style! To create this refreshing treat, we use the juice from Australian lemons and add just a dash of lemon oil (to add some zesty tang) and then blend and freeze it until it reaches a melt in your mouth texture. Delightfully refreshing!

• Weis Queensland Tropical Fruito Bar

  Sweet pineapple, ripened bananas, tangy passionfruit topped with cream is how we made our first ever bar "The Fruito Bar". It was developed by Cyril Wes in 1936 and first sold commercially by his son Les in 1957 - from Pop's Milk Bar across from the Empire Theatre in Toowoomba.
