I went by and the front desk was so helpful and got Robert from the service department to come up and talk with me about how to charge the battery and even drew me a illustration. The front desk team and Robert were beyond kind and helpful. They made sure that I knew every thing that I should know before I left and told me to call back
if I had any issues. Overall I was blown away by the level of customer service, kindness and professionalism by everyone at Golf Rider. We will absolutely use them for all our golf cart needs and will refer them to all friends and family. Thank you Golf Rider Team!"
