No healthy food options and food was terrible!!! Customer service at the Ben & Jerrys was appalling. The hot water in the room was not hot at all. Was Luke warm. There were 4 towels in the room booked for 5 people, causing us to chase down housekeeping for more towels. The beds and pillows are so uncomfortable, even our 15 year old son complained. Our room keys kept failing and we had to request new ones multiple times. Just not a great experience overall. Got key cards which they insisted putting money on, and then you are told if you lose it you will have to pay a $50 fee. The water park was too cold and no time in the morning allowed like at other locations of Wolf Park. The jacuzzi was broken in the water park so no way to warm up...after 2 hours my kids gave up.
