  It works for me. You can even see the powdered formula hidden within the collar, on your hands. It lasted me a complete 4 months. I am not sure about 7 as I tend to purchase a little sooner just to be sure my little munchkin remains in good protection. Sincerely, A Satisfied Customer

  I added two of these flea collars to my last auto ship. Put them on my cat's immediately. I followed the instructions by stretching the collars first to activate the ingredients. Several days later my cats have more fleas then they started with. I also contacted Hartz, they gave me a case number and I added two of these flea collars to my last auto ship. I also contacted Hartz, they gave me a case number and said they were going to send coupons. Most of the fleas are under the collar and their tails. I don't understand why there would be so many live fleas under the collars. I need something that will kill fleas without killing my cats that's why I chose collars. Yes, I vacuum and to keep my house clean from fleas. They're indoor cats with access to the screened porch which has been sprayed with insecticide. … more

  Cats still have fleas, collars didn't work. Don't purchase these collars.

  1. Does not seem to last 7 months. I replace mine every 4. 2. does not appear to start working right away like the instructions say. 3. Even after 3-4 months, I still find verrrry tiny baby fleas on my cat. A sign the collar not working as instructions say.

  The collar that was in the package does not have the breakaway device shown in the picture. Also - it does not have a reflective strip. But seems to be working OK.

  I can't speak for the flea problem but and it is a big one.....this collar is a break away in case the cat gets caught on something. First day out, she slid out the door and returned a couple of hours later, minus the collar....so there is that and I am thankful it did what it was suppose to do!!

  HARTZ PRODCUTS KILL YOUR CAT

  Please just even read the precautions for humans. They expect this to be safe for cats? I just found out a lot of their flea medications are just a cheap euthanasia and Hartz is still allowed to pray on people who don't know. I just found out today and thankfully my cat hasn't worn the collar for over even 12 hours. Protect your cats.
