Pros:Overall the hotel was nice. My only issue, of which is minor, was that they charge you to park on hotel property. Thought that was just a nickel and dime fee. Besides that, no complaints. Great hotel.

Great hotel for tourists to stay at! Friendly staff and clean location. An earlier check in time prior to 3PM would have been better for us as we drove from Indiana and arrived in Tennessee at 1:30PM. Our shower left behind a puddle of water on the bathroom floor after every shower that we took which was pretty frustrating. We checked in around 6PM and didn't make it to the heated pool until 9PM but the pool was not heated. The water was ice cold and I couldn't get in.

Nice clean hotel at a good location. Was less then 5 minutes drive from many restaurants, plenty of free on-site parking.

The property felt safe. It was also an overall clean facility. There were a few issues, but Aaron was quick to rectify the matters. Breakfast was plenty and filling. Bed was super comfortable.
