To save your info to your Google Account, turn on sync. Important: Only turn on Chrome sync with devices that you own. If you use a public computer, use guest mode instead. Sign in & turn on sync Customize what you sync When you turn on sync, all your profile information, like bookmarks, history, and passwords, automatically saves to your Google Account. You can find your Chrome info on all your devices. If you don't want to sync everything, you can change what info to save. Apparently, you have signed into iCloud on both your devices using the same Apple ID. Devices setup with the same Apple ID sync a lot of user data between them for built-in apps by default. If you concerned about keeping company and personal data segregated, it is recommended to use different Apple ID for your iPad and iPhone (personal Apple ID for iPad and a separate one for iPhone). Alternatively, if you have reasons to use the same Apple ID, you can selectively choose which data to sync.
