How do you get front row seats at House of Blues Boston?

The box office opens day of show ONLY starting one hour prior to doors. Types of payment accepted are cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Credit card purchase requires valid matching photo ID. House of Blues tickets are available in advance via Livenation.com.

Will Call is available 1 hour prior to door time. Customer must present their valid photo ID and actual credit card used for purchase. Name on ID must match credit card used.

The House of Blues does not have a private parking lot. The preferred garage, the Lansdowne Garage, is located next door.

House of Blues Boston is wheelchair accessible. Please note it is unlawful for anyone, other than those with a disability or that guest's companion, to use tickets for disabled seating locations (unless such areas have been released for general seating). For most events the floor level is General Admission / Standing Only. The Balcony level is reserved seating.

Sorry, no. House of Blues Boston has a strict No Re-Entry policy. Once doors open for the concert and you enter the building, you must stay inside until you leave for the evening.

Does House of Blues Boston have seats?

Located directly across from Fenway Park, House of Blues seats 2,500 plus another 350 in the private lounge area, making it one of the city's true mid-sized venues.

Is House of Blues Boston standing room only?

GA at House of Blues Boston is a "floor ticket", generally standing room only. There are no assigned seats (or spaces to stand). There are no obstructing views to the stage, other than the people that will be in front of you.

Do you have to wear a mask at House of Blues Boston?

Mask wearing will be required. Entry requirements and venue protocols are subject to change.
