How far away South Carolina to Louisville Kentucky?

My TSA pre check # was not on either of my boarding passes. I had to go to the Delta Counter to get it fixed in Detroit. On a side note, I called Delta the night before I was to fly and they said my TSA pre-check # should be on my boarding pass. So not sure where the glitch is.

The boarding staff at the gate could be more professional and stop talking in their native language to each other while people are boarding.

Pilot was a madman. The landing was the worst I've ever experienced. He seems to have misjudged the ground and hit the runway HARD. My back hurts and my inside organs are sore from the impact. Then as we were taxing to the gate he repeatedly slammed on the breaks so we jerked forward each time with enough force to tug on the seat belt. All the passengers were asking "what happened? What went wrong?" Pilot had an Australian or New Zealand accent.

I never took this flight and was never able to cancel it in Kayak’s system! I will never book through Kayak again. The flight was probably fine. Next time I will only book with the airline directly. I would caution anyone else to do the same.

Even tho we paid to have seat next to each other we had to give them up, and my husband who just had major surgery on his hand was given an isle seat which was part of the reason we PAID to have seats next to each other and him in a middle seat

They forced me to check in my carry-on to my final destination, I tried to explain that I have a long time transit whiting , so I need my carry-on with me to check in a hotel, but they were very strict . Note: my ticket was allowing me to have my carry-on with me in the cabin

Aside from the plane being filthy, it was a perfectly fine flight

Sone pleasant staff. On time. No AA staff at gate at boarding time in PHL. Most staff engaged with one another, but not very attentive with customers.

Only complaint was that we had no way to know about the additional 'Locator Form' that was needed for arrival at our destination (Czech Republic). We had no way of knowing the website, or that it was required until we came to check in.

Boarding in DFW was quick once we had a gate agent.

I had to wait over an hour for my luggage. A baby’s car seat jammed the luggage system.

I did have to use the lavatory at one point and I was happy that it was clean."

Cons: "Since we have an AAdvantage CitiCard and are AAdvantage members, it is disconcerting to have to claim your privilege of 1 free bag and priority boarding each time. This is embarrassing at the gate especially since it looks like we are cutting the line. What good is this "privilege" if you have to assert it every time or hold a credit card in hand with your carryon and boarding pass. This should be included in our ticketing at the time of purchase and upgraded on our boarding pass if we use the damn card for the purchase. It is now not a "privilege" but an inconvenience."

Cons: "When I arrived in Kingston after a long day of traveling only ONE of my TWO checked bags arrived that has my clothes swimsuits shoes jewelry and a host of other important items"

Flight crew repeated all instructions at least 3 times including video interruptions. What is the point of having in flight entertainment if crew will interrupt said entertainment at least once every 10 min to remind you you are still in turbulent air? Do they honestly think the passengers forgot? We are in the plane too! I understand they have to be careful due to liability but this airline is ridiculous. Believe it or not customers do not like being treated like children. Would not recommend to others or fly this airline again. Also, the lunch was awful even by airline standards. Btw the airline was avianca not AA. kayak must have messed up or they are owned by AA. AA is great and I recommend them wholeheartedly but Avianca is awful. Stay away if you can afford to do so."

The space in the plane was great and just don’t overbook so you don’t cancel other people’s flights

I had a flight this morning on Spirit from Myrtle Beach to LaGuardia, unfortunately it never happened because the flight apparently was no longer taking check in bags. 🤔 I’ve been flying forever and that’s the first time I’ve ever heard that. Long story short, they screwed up making other reservations, offered a late night flight to Newark and I said no. We drove home. I’d rather drive 12 hours in a beat up Malibu from Hertz than ever give another penny to Spirit Airlines.

Flights were changed twice then canceled at the last minute. Previous flights have been changed and canceled. Done with Spirit.

My checked bag was both damaged and missing items. To sum it up, everyone I talked with about it just said it wasn’t their job to find the items. Costumer service doesn’t care a bit about you or your stuff. Next time I will pay more to fly with another company, and I recommend the same to anyone flying with checked baggage.

I think that $2.00 for a 6 oz. cup of coffee is ridiculous and to get the attention of a flight attendant was not worth the time. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. The next flight I book will be with a reputable airline that may price the flight a little higher, BUT will be upfront about luggage fees, provide incidentals and hopefully not treat me like I'm a burden."

And your tickets are not really cheap with all your hidden fees! It's ok, you fooled me once. But I be damn if I ever fly your airline again after my return trip! This was totally unacceptable and I will let all my military friends and family know not to ever fly Spirit Airline unless you're looking for the worse flying experience of your life!"
