I've been pretty good at bulk cooking and freezing, then bringing two or three tubs to the office to eat for lunch. With summer coming I'd like to introduce alot more salads - probably with some form of white cheese like Lor, Feta or Mozzarella - how long will these keep in a prepared state? Buying psuedo-bulk and having to chuck half of it away due to wastage is horrible.
