It Ends With Us was the winner of the 2016 Goodreads Choice Awards for Best Romance and is one of Hoover’s most personal romance books, having based the story on the relationship between her mother and father. Baldoni is known for starring in the TV series, Jane the Virgin, and directing the films Five Feet Apart (2019) and Clouds (2020). Baldoni’s directorial debut, Five Feet Apart, became CBS Films’ third highest-grossing film of all time with more than $80 million in worldwide grosses on a $7 million budget. It is unclear at this time if or how author Colleen Hoover will be involved with the film. It's an amazing book, that'll make you cry, smile, angry all at once, with an awesome plot and the beautiful writing style that Collen never fails to put in her books. It Ends with Us is by FAR one of the best books I've ever read, therefore I 100% recommend it!
