Impound Lot Location in GTA V Online
The Los Santos Police Department Auto Impound is, rather unsurprisingly, next to the Los Santos police station, which can be located on the corner of Roy Lowenstein Boulevard and Innocence Boulevard in South Los Santos, just east of the barber's shop there (as shown on the map). 
How To Get Impounded Car Back in GTA 5
If, however, you don't want to spend any money to get your car out, whether it's out of principal or you see it as a waste of money or whatever, you can always grab a truck and use it to climb over the gate. Sure, if you do grab your personal vehicle this way and leave through the gate without paying any money, you will instantly get a 2-star wanted level. Of course, if you escape the cops and lose your wanted level, the vehicle is yours. Free of charge, but a bit of a mission to save yourself $250. If you have a CEO office and have a personal assistance, you can call them up to retrieve it if you like as well. However doing this will set you back $1,000, instead of the usual $250. But honestly, if you're a CEO, $1,000 is probably peanuts to you, so do this if you're flush with cash.

Police May Destroy the CarThe natural thought when going to get a car out of impound is to call another personal vehicle to go and get it. Don't do this. Doing this will mean that the police will destroy your car, basically because they can only have one impounded at once. Can you lose these impounded cars in GTA 5 though?
