Tip: If using fresh ramen noodles, you will only need to boil them for 30-60 seconds before tossing them in the Stir Fry. How To Make Ramen NoodlesStep 1Chop up the bok choy then sautee it in a pot on medium-high heat with some garlic. Step 2Boil the ramen noodles for 1-2 minutes just until they start to soften and break apart. Then add the noodles to the pot along with the stir-fry sauce. Step 3Toss everything together until evenly coated. If the noodles start to stick to the pan, add a splash of water or vegetable broth and mix it all up. Serve these noodles topped with some toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Our noodles are raw and fresh, so you must cook them before you eat them. You don't want to put them directly into broth because the starch used to coat them will muddy your broth, and unless you broth is at a rapid boil, you are unlikely to cook the noodles properly.
How long do you boil fresh ramen?The goal is to keep a rolling boil in the pot for proper cooking. Cook to the 2:00 minute mark for a firm noodle. This may be best if you like a certain firmness from the noodle. Cooking just 30 seconds more (2:30 – 3:00 minutes) will give you a softer noodle.
