There is also cross-progress, which means that your progress in the game will be carried over if you switch from PC to console, or vice-versa.
How To Turn Off Cross-Platform in Warzone 2.0If you don't want to play cross-platform, you can deactivate crossplay in the menu at any time. This is only available on PlayStation and Xbox, though, with PC players unfortunately being unable to activate/deactivate this option. Since cheaters are particularly active on PC, it can make sense for console players to deactivate crossplay. This does, however, also mean that you will no longer be able to play with your buddies on Xbox or PC.
